Music in the Mountains.

Mountain Music Academy prides itself in providing professional music teachers who are not just knowledgable about their instruments, but also active musicians and performers in the community. We believe music is an amazing tool for bringing people together, and is meant to be shared! We strive to teach students to value the power of music and appreciate the art form itself, in addition to becoming proficient at their instruments.

Morgan Thomas started teaching guitar lessons in Mountain Green in January 2017. In September 2022, construction began on three new classrooms at the Scotsman Center to include more music lessons. The classrooms are now finished and lessons have begun. Morgan intends to create a space to encourage community and creativity in Mountain Green.
